ManTech has implemented Vital Records solutions for a number of state and local governments and fully understands the unique requirements of Vital Records applications. ManTech has developed an internet-based, integrated Vital Records product that provides the state, its local registrars, and data providers the ability to participate in the business needs of the Vital Records Office. Our VRVweb product integrates into one system the registration, modification, issuance, and reporting of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, and divorce records, together with inventory control and fee/accounting capabilities. The VRVweb product was designed to allow a state to use a common baseline to employ a fully tested, operational, and reliable application. This common baseline approach allows each state to benefit from upgrades to the product. Additional functionality or unique, state-specific components not included in the baseline product can be easily incorporated using our component-based design concept.

The VRVweb product provides secure and encrypted methods for users accessing the application via the Internet, Intranet, local area network, or wide area network. In addition, the VRVweb application employs a password protection mechanism that requires a unique user ID and password as well as a unique application user ID and password. Authorized user access can be achieved from any appropriately configured user workstation.
