SB Toolkit is an easy-to-use software tool that verifies and validates that Department of Defense information systems are compliant with established security policies, regulations and guidance - such as the Defense Information System Agency Security Technical Implementation Guidelines. SB Toolkit provides assurances by verifying that system security settings are compliant with security standards established for that system - and it does so quickly, easily, and securely, and without impacting operations. It assesses specific security settings on Windows based servers and workstations. The results of the assessment are published immediately into Microsoft Excel, allowing the user too easily assess the overall security of a domain.

SB Toolkit can protect and defend information systems over a global network used by the United States and coalition partners. It is used by the Defense Information Systems Agency, the U.S. Marine Corps, and other DOD organizations.
