Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-4)

Department of Justice (DOJ)

ManTech is proud to be an awardee under the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-4) contract, which serves all agencies within the Department of Justice (DOJ). ITSS-4 is a competitive multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide specific information technology (IT) services to DOJ components at the task order level. The contracts provide favorable procurement and task administration conditions to DOJ components for tasks that would otherwise be procured through a more lengthy open competition process or through external contracting vehicles.

ITTS-4 has a ceiling of $1.1 billion through the end of Fiscal Year (FY) 2017. This agile, flexible contract provides for 54 IT service areas and 43 labor categories and is available to other agencies on a non-mandatory basis.

How to Use

The ITSS-contract vehicle is a fixed unit price, IDIQ task order that provides the full range of non-personal, labor hour services which cover a wide range of IT related tasks. DOJ considers furnishing of hourly based services through the use of employees exempt from the Services Contract Act (SCA) to be the principal purpose of this contract.
