The ManTech Enterprise Integration Center (e IC), is part of ManTech Information Systems and Technology, a subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation. ManTech International Corporation is a leading provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs for the U.S. government. ManTech e-IC, located in Fairmont, West Virginia, is a preeminent provider of high quality biometric and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) information technology services. Biometric systems are critical to our national and international security. With both the practical applications of biometric technology increasing to keep pace with demands and the surrounding technology rapidly evolving, it is important for biometric systems to be increasingly flexible, agile and highly scalable. These demands have led to an unprecedented need for a "pluggable" and "scalable" enterprise-wide biometric systems architecture, which requires adhering to industry standards and best practices. Meeting these challenges requires a broad array of skill sets and experience, both of which ManTech possesses.

ManTech is a founding member of the West Virginia High Technology Park. It has grown and partnered with the local community in Fairmont WV for more than 15 years. ManTech builds and maintains mission critical IT systems for the Department of Defense and federal government that are in operations around the globe. ManTech’s capabilities and infrastructure combined with our partnerships with the National Biometric Security Project, West Virginia University, Defense Information Systems Agency, and our investment in ongoing research and development related to the fusion of biometrics and SOA collectively make ManTech a strong provider of high quality services in the field of biometrics related systems integration and systems support.
