Ethisphere Institute Honors ManTech As A Winner Of Best Overall Government Contractor Ethics Program Designation For 2008

FAIRFAX, Virginia, March 18, 2008 -- ManTech International Corporation (Nasdaq:MANT) announced today that it has been listed as one of the recipients of the top rating, “Best Overall Government Contractor Ethics Program,” for its ethics and compliance initiatives in the Government Contractor Ethics Program Ratings recently released by the Ethisphere Institute. In a listing of the 100 largest government contractors, ManTech had the 15th best score and was rated as “above standard.” The rankings were published in the Q1 issue of Ethisphere Magazine.

Researchers from the Ethisphere Institute analyzed more than 1,000 federal government contractors as part of the 2008 ratings. The ratings take into account new Federal Acquisition Regulation rules regarding U.S. government contractors’ ethics programs, and key federal guidelines for effective compliance programs and industry best practices. The Institute scored companies based on their ethics programs, which were reviewed through an online questionnaire, along with information voluntarily provided by the participants. The quality assurance of responses were verified through random audit and review.
