As a government contractor, ManTech must identify and report all activity with all classifications of small businesses (Small (S), Woman-Owned, (WOSB), 8A, Small Disadvantaged (SDB), veteran owned (VOSB), Service-Disabled veteran owned (SDVOSB), Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU’s) and Minority Institutions (MI’s), and Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) and Indian Tribes. In addition, we have to identify all SB’s that are located in a HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) area.

In order to add your company to our small business database or update existing information, please complete the size certification form (for instructions select this link ). Please send us your company’s capability & qualifications statement to Small Business Liaison Office. By pressing "submit" after electronically completing the form, this information will be entered into the ManTech database.

This form is required to be updated ANNUALLY by the Defense Contract Management Agency.

ManTech promotes the use of small businesses whenever practical. Please DO NOT forward W-9's to this office. The W-9 form applies to taxes and payroll and does not fulfill the requirements of this task.

If you are not sure what your company’s classification is, please refer to Section 19 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) which provides NAICS codes and average annual sales applicable to your industry or on the internet at http://sba.gov. At this site you can also check to see if you are located in a Hubzone. If you need further assistance, please contact your local SBA office.

Please note: If your company is considered 8a, SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS OR LOCATED IN A HUBZONE, SELF-CERTIFICATION IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE. You must apply for appropriate status through your local small business Administration office. Applications can be found on the SBA Website at www.sba.gov and follow the links. You may also request a copy by calling (202) 619-1850. Once you have received your certification, please forward a copy to ManTech at the above address.

The federal government may impose a penalty against any firm misrepresenting their business size, disadvantaged and/or Hubzone status.
