U.S. Army Test & Evaluation Command, Full range of services
ManTech supports the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC’s) Electronic Proving Ground (EPG) at all EPG locations—Fort Huachuca and Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona; Fort Hood and Fort Bliss, Texas; Fort Lewis, Washington; Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; and White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. At each site, we provide a full range of services to support the EPG’s testing and evaluation missions, including infrastructure, logistics, engineering, quality assurance, safety, and security.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Technical and Operations Support
ManTech has provided continuous technical and operational support to DISA’s Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) for more than 20 years. In that time, it has established itself as a joint testing center of excellence.
ManTech performs a broad range of services associated with the Command’s overall mission. These services include joint interoperability certification, operational test and evaluation, and standards conformance testing on tactical and strategic C4I systems as well as National Security Systems and Information Technology Systems (NSS/ITS) in support of military operations.
Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), Detection Systems Support
Detecting illicit nuclear devices and material is a critical component of our nation’s counter-terrorism program. ManTech provides DNDO with a full range of test and evaluation services for acquiring and deploying systems that detect and report attempts to import or transport a nuclear device or fissile or radiological material intended for illicit use in the U.S. ManTech will also support the Global Nuclear Detection Architecture (GNDA), including requirements for development and analysis, test and evaluation, and systems development and acquisition support. We have been a DNDO partner and prime systems engineering contractor since the office was established in 2005.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Technology Innovation and Acquisition (OTIA) Program Management Support Services (PMOSS)
CPB has developed major programs and initiatives to improve border security, including technologies such as the mobile surveillance capability, remote video surveillance systems, unattended ground sensors, ultra-light aircraft detection, and the integrated fixed towers program. The OTIA seeks, develops, and fields these new technologies, and ManTech is instrumental in the development, deployment, and integration of OTIA acquisition programs and the technical integration of new systems into the existing border infrastructure.
Naval Surface Warfare Center
ManTech directly supported every program of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) for more than 35 years. NSWCCD is the Navy’s principal laboratory for ship signature programs. It oversees ship measurement programs, ship silencing programs, acoustic Intelligence-data acquisition, processing, analysis, and certification for submarine and surface ship total ship signatures. ManTech has supported every aspect of these programs as well as supporting NSWCCD in the design, development, prototyping, operation, and maintenance of fixed and mobile facilities for data collection, measurement, and evaluation of model-scale and full-scale evaluations.
