ManTech’s Contract Management System (CMS) is a web-based, Section 508-compliant, secure portal that provides access to a centralized database for contract information, program information, and deliverables; and allows quick feedback to customer requests. This system promotes the exchange of information among ManTech, its subcontractors, and its government customers.

CMS increases the productivity of management and staff by providing contract management information in a timely manner, and reduces cost by eliminating paperwork. Government customers can search and view their contract information, contract modifications, and deliverables, thus allowing geographically dispersed personnel an opportunity to respond to tasks. ManTech, its subcontractors, and its government customers can view and upload program information such as meeting agendas, meeting minutes, forms, templates, policies, procedures, timelines, etc. All users can submit questions and answers, send e-mails to points of contact, and resolve operational issues quickly and collaboratively.
