• ManTech is the design agent for the Passive Counter Measures Systems (PCMS) program. We perform analysis of data obtained in NRL/SEA/SWDG counter-targeting ECM/PCMS demonstrations conducted at sea and in the field. We model complex ocean clutter and radar sensors to assess counter-targeting schemes in conjunction with various passive and active countermeasures.
• ManTech conducts and supports test and evaluation programs with emphasis on antennas, radars, and Infrared systems. Support includes:
  • Defining calibration techniques and system parameter development
  • Range design, validation, and certification
  • Test design, planning, and execution
  • Data reduction and analyses
  • Including quick-look, concurrent, and post-test, analysis and reporting
• We use radar cross section statistics and models for all PCMS ship classes and use simulators to develop a standardized ship signature baseline for each class and ship.
• Using C++ we design and develop radar measurement simulator applications for FFG 7 DD and CG class ships.
• ManTech conducts RCS measurement analysis for the Self-Defense Test Ship that includes developing a spatially based simulation of various missile threats launched inbound against the SDTS.
