Lt. Gen. Kenneth A. Minihan, USAF (Ret.)

Lt. Gen. Minihan has served on ManTech’s Board of Directors since 2006.

Since 2002, Lt. Gen. Minihan was a managing director of the Homeland Security Fund for Paladin Capital Group. From 1999 to 2002, Lt. Gen. Minihan was the president of the Security Affairs Support Association.

He spent more than 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, serving from 1996 to 1999 as the 14th director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service. From 1995 to 1996, Lt. Gen. Minihan was director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. His awards and decorations include the National Security Medal, the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Bronze Star, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal and the Legion of Merit award.

Lt. Gen. Minihan is a founder of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance in Washington, D.C., and serves on the Board of Directors of KEYW Corporation (NASDAQ: KEYW), CGI Federal, a subsidiary of CGI Group Inc., and LexisNexis Special Services, Inc. He also is a former member of the Board of Directors of Verint Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT), BAE Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of BAE Systems Plc and MTC Technologies, Inc., which was a NASDAQ-listed company before its sale.
