Jeffrey Brody

Jeff Brody serves as ManTech’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the company’s human resources strategies supporting annual business objectives and its long-range strategic plan. He joined ManTech on June 1, 2017.

At ManTech, he has improved operating results by implementing enhanced talent acquisition practices, workforce communication strategies and culture building initiatives. He has also expanded ManTech’s recruiting outreach to military veterans and led new employee training programs, including educational partnerships with SkillSoft and Purdue University Global.

Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Brody spent 18 years with Northrop Grumman. He also worked for CGI Group, Alliant Techsystems, Baxter International and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Mr. Brody served as a visiting executive lecturer for 11 years at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland’s online university, and currently serves as Chair of WashingtonExec’s HR Council.

Mr. Brody holds a JD from Concord Law School, an MA in Organizational Development from the University of Maryland-University College and a BS in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
