When did you first come to work for ManTech?

Ray Headshot v2

I first came to work for ManTech on July 1, 2019.

What type of work did you do for ManTech and how long did you stay?

I was a Scrum Master for a development team and an operations team on the EQRS (End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System) project from July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020.

Why did you leave? When did you come back and why?

Our CMS contract for the EQRS project was coming to an end as we successfully went to production.

I came back on January 25, 2021. I saw an opportunity to utilize my previously acquired skills in ServiceNow as well as expand into a new area of growth in my career. ManTech provides many opportunities with supporting tools such as training and many other internal offerings.

What brought you back?

The people and potential opportunities. There is a lot of pride in ManTech that clearly shows with many individuals I have worked with and continue to work with. I am also aware of the vast array of opportunities that ManTech offers its employees. This is important to me.

How would you describe ManTech’s culture?

I would describe ManTech’s culture as one that serves to protect and retain its people by providing a way with necessary tools and encouragement.

Would you refer a friend and what would you tell them about working here?

Yes, I would refer my friends. If you are looking for a company that has great projects, partners, endless opportunities, pride and a great reputation, then ManTech is home.
