Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Research Analyst/Assistant to join our team in the Hill AFB, UT area. This position may allow for a hybrid work schedule.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Formulates/defines research and development scope and objectives for assigned projects 

  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering  

  • Defense systems capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results 

  • Prepares detailed specifications from which research programs will be written 

  • Responsible for program design, testing, and documentation 

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or additional equivalent work experience

  • 5-12 years of relevant work experience 

  • Has full technical knowledge of all phases of research application analysis and programming 

  • Has good understanding of research analysis techniques and ability to apply them 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree 

  • Knowledge of DoD/USAF F-16, A-10, or T-38 programs and capabilities

 

Clearance Requirements: 

  • Active Secret clearance 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. 

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. 

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
