Join a new and exciting opportunity to protect national security and provide premier mission focused IT services for a dynamic and growing program.  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer, Senior to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. In this role, you will analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.  

  • Work with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.  

  • Provide specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area. 

  • Conduct research into and apply knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts and related engineering, acquisition, and operations activities as needed to support the T&E activities 

  • Revise existing Test Plans

  • Install Automated software

  • Test against requirements/use cases

  • Ability to work with developers on code quality standards

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or universityFour years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree. 

  • Eight (8) years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to develop test/acceptance plans for a web based application based on system requirements

  • Ability to develop Selenium (or equivalent) scripts for automated user interface tests

  • Ability to develop Postman (or equivalent) scripts for API testing

  • Ability to work with developers to integrate testing into CI/CD

  • Knowledge of Sonarqube (or equivalent) and ability to provide direction to developers based on code analysis results

Security Clearance Requirements: 

  • Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
