The Future of Federal Enterprise IT Architecture
Steven Oh leads the Mission and Enterprise IT innovation efforts for ManTech, devising solutions for specific missions or the enterprise needs of U.S. government agencies. Mr. Oh has held key leadership roles in organizations that developed and implemented innovative strategies and solutions in the finance, social media and cloud computing areas, which resulted in successful acquisitions including two of the top four venture-backed exits in New York City by industry leading firms.
His first federal government experience was as a Program Manager for an award-winning cloud program at one of the most innovative agencies, NASA. He has supported transformational projects for federal, civilian and national security agencies in addition to providing strategic consulting services to customers ranging from senior executives to engineers. Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Oh served as the Technology Director, Intel and Homeland Division at GDIT. Mr. Oh served as the Cloud Transformation Director for the CSRA Digital Consulting Services Corporate Growth organization, providing thought leadership, senior executive engagement and divisional support. Following that, Mr. Oh was the founding Emerging Technology and Transformation Business Area Architect for the roughly $3.5 billion Federal and Civilian Division, reporting to the chief technology officer and led multiple strategic and operational efforts across the Division before moving to the Homeland Security and Telecommunications sector (post-GDIT acquisition). As the HST Technology Director, and member of the leadership team, Mr. Oh was responsible for providing strategic consultative services while ensuring the business areas, business development and technology teams were aligned.
Mr. Oh strongly believes culture, teamwork and collaboration are vital ingredients that foster innovation. He was the founding Executive Sponsor for an Asian American Employee resource group, member and sponsor of numerous centers of excellence intended to promote knowledge sharing and participated in multiple conferences supporting diversity and gender equality as a moderator and panelist.
