Jeffrey Brody

Jeff Brody serves as ManTech’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the company’s human resources strategies supporting annual business objectives and its long-range strategic plan.

Mr. Brody is the chief architect for human resources governance and functional excellence. He joined ManTech on June 1, 2017.

His passion for cultivating, harnessing and measuring the impact intellectual capital has on business has resulted in a number of roles where organizations have improved operating results through enhanced talent acquisition practices, leadership succession and development, organization learning strategies, workforce communication strategies and culture building initiatives. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Brody has applied the art of process reengineering and continuous improvement to building high performing teams, enhanced executive performance, better defined learning processes and sustained learning outcomes.

While he spent 18 years of his career with Northrop Grumman, his experience includes work with CGI Group, Alliant Techsystems, Baxter International and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. Having contributed to the development of an MBA case study, Mr. Brody was a visiting executive lecturer for 11 years on the topic of post-merger integration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland’s online university.

Mr. Brody earned a Juris Doctorate, Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Concord Law School, the University of Maryland-University College and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, respectively.
