Jeffrey Brody

Jeff Brody is ManTech’s Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Jeff is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of ManTech’s human resources strategies that support annual business objectives and the company’s long range strategic plan. He is the chief architect for human resources governance and functional excellence.  

Jeff’s passion for cultivating, harnessing and measuring the impact intellectual capital has on business has resulted in a number of roles where organizations have improved operating results through enhanced talent acquisition practices, leadership succession & development, organization learning strategies, workforce communication strategies and culture building initiatives. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Jeff has applied the art of process re-engineering and continuous improvement to building high performing teams, enhanced executive performance, better defined learning processes and sustained learning outcomes.
While he spent 18 years of his career with Northrop Grumman, his experience includes work with CGI, Alliant TechSystems, Baxter Healthcare and The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Having contributed to the development of an MBA case study, he was a Visiting Executive Lecturer for 11 years on the topic of post merger integration at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland’s on-line university.
Jeff earned a Juris Doctorate, Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from Concord Law School, the University of Maryland-University College and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, respectively.
