U.S. ARMY

C4ISR

Our engineers and technicians provide on-the-ground support to the U.S. Army, making sure intelligence and electronic warfare systems and command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C4I) equipment are in good working order. ManTech employees have performed such services in nearly every major U.s. conflict deployment since 1990, including missions in Kiwait, Afghanistan and Iraq.

U.S. Army Southern Command – Wide Area Networks

Since 1994, ManTech has been providing system and network support to the U.S. Army Southern Command throughout Central and South America. Our engineers designed a wide-area network for Southern Command, integrating a variety of hardware, software and networking technologies including network encryption systems, routers and multi-level security devices.

U.S. Army Southern Command – Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence Support

We provide embedded counterterrorism and counterintelligence analytical expertise to the U.S. Southern Command skillfully researching, corroborating and determining key nodes in threat organizations in support of the Global War on Terrorism. The tailored intelligence products produced by our analysts directly contribute to U.S. national security objectives and aid senior decisions makers at U.S. Southern Command in the development and execution of effective defense and policy strategies throughout the Latin American and Caribbean area of responsibility.

U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command – C4I

ManTech has provided field support services to the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command during military operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. Embedded with deployed combat units, our technicians install, integrate and maintain secure satellite communications, information technology systems, and electronics equipment. We also operate 23 Army-owned support centers in six countries, facilitating the speedy deployment of ManTech personnel and equipment worldwide.

U.S. Army 5th Signal Command – Telecommunications Support

We transitioned more than 340 specially trained personnel to sites throughout Germany, Italy and Bosnia in less than sixty days to provide a broad range of operations and maintenance support to the 5th Signal Command. ManTech provided administrative and logistical support, training, network integration, and installation and maintenance of numerous telecommunications technologies.

DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY (DARPA)

Supporting Technology and Innovation

Our scientists and engineers work with DARPA to conceptualize future military needs and turn those requirements to reality through technology and innovation. ManTech employees provide specialized skills and expertise focused in some of the most challenging national security areas involving advanced information exploitation and processing, cognitive systems, unmanned aerial vehicles space operations, laser systems and many others.

DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (DIA)

Combating Terrorism Knowledge Base (CTKB) – Information Sharing

In support of the global war on terrorism, ManTech developed an information sharing program with sophisticated analytical and geospatial intelligence capabilities for the DIA's Joint Intelligence Task Force - Combating Terrorism program. CTKB supports thousands of users within the Defense Intelligence Agency, facilitating worldwide and domestic counterterrorism activities.

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

Secrecy Architecture – Protecting Sensitive Information

Our experts provide secrecy architecture aimed at protecting sensitive national security information, including activities surrounding the development of advanced weapons systems. We enable the Department of Defense's Joint Strike Fighter program to securely share information on sensitive next generation aircraft weapons technology to a host of partner nations, helping America protect its strategic assets.

Designing Systems Acquisition Technology

ManTech employs a comprehensive, analytical approach to systems acquisition technology that carefully weighs requirements against estimated costs throughout a system's lifecycle. We examine every point in the system acquisition process, from research and planning to system design and development. Our expertly-integrated systems are designed so that future modifications, upgrades and new technologies can be added seamlessly.

C-Net Program – Building Secure Enterprise Systems

ManTech developed C-Net, a secure global information system for the Department of Defense that allows its users to communicate and share information securely. The program is equipped with secure applications, including web conferencing, instant messaging, e-mail and document management tools.

Modeling, Simulation and Analysis

Our modeling and simulation experts are engaged in managing development of new Army standard force-on-force models to analyze manned and unmanned rotary aircraft, modernizing a campaign level model for the Air Force, modeling joint logistics process enhancements for the Joint Test and Evaluation program, and developing and implementing a new vulnerability analysis methodology for the Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effects. Our analysts are responsible for military utility analysis, analysis of alternatives, cost effectiveness evaluations, vulnerability and weapons effects analyses, system reliability assessments, logistics process improvements and targeting alternatives development.

DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) – Secure Collaboration

Our information technology engineers developed HSIN, a collaboration tool that allows the Department of Homeland Security and various federal, state and local agencies to share sensitive information securely and efficiently. A key resource in preventing and responding to terrorist activities, HSIN supports thousands of certified users throughout all fifty states, five territories, and the District of Columbia.

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

Department of Justice - Comprehensive IT Infrastructure

Under the Department of Justice (DOJ) Consolidated Office Network program, ManTech helped the U.S. Marshals Service deploy a reliable and robust common office automation platform for 14 of DOJ's litigating , management and law enforcement components.

Department of Justice - Counterdrug Intelligence

The DOJ National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC) relies on ManTech to provide systems engineering, systems design and integration, intelligence analysis support, help desk, training and integrated logistices support. NDIC supplies national policymakers, law enforcement decision makers, and the Intelligence Community with strategic domestic drug intelligence.

DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR

Critical Infrastructure Protection – Grand Coulee Dam

ManTech's critical infrastructure protection specialists created and implemented a plan for the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation to secure the Grand Coulee Dam in Washington State, the largest hydroelectric facility in North America. We performed a vulnerability assessment, and designed and carried out a comprehensive security plan that involved coordinating and training federal, state and local law enforcement officials.

DEPARTMENT OF STATE

Global Information Technology Modernization program (GITM)

The GITM program sets out to secure and modernize the U.S. Department of State’s information technology. We design, procure, integrate and deploy IT systems to U.S. Embassies and consulates worldwide on a four-year life cycle. Our systems engineers developed an eight-part ISO 9001 certified process for acquiring, assembling and installing the enterprise-wide system that adheres to the highest security standards.

INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY AND OTHERS

Computer Network Attack, Computer Network Defense and Forensic Analysis

ManTech’s team of cyber security experts develop and employ some of the most advanced cyber security techniques, process, methodologies and tools available to protect, secure and exploit information. We utilize a state-of-the-art forensics laboratory to simulate and model different scenarios for our Intelligence, DOD, Homeland Security, State Department and related customers.

Building Secure IT Systems

We design enterprise architectures that not only meet high security standards, but adhere to strict information technology industry standards that form the foundation of scalable, adaptable and extensible IT infrastructures. Our systems engineers and security experts have teamed to design secure IT systems for counterintelligence, defense and civilian government clients.

Signal Intelligence Technology

Our signal processing applications and infrastructures support a variety of missions within the national intelligence community. We offer lifecycle signal intelligence support, from creating processing algorithms that perform target geolocation, information extraction and interference cancellation to deploying, testing and maintaining signal intelligence equipment.

Countering Network Intrusions

ManTech fortified a federal law enforcement customer's extensive network against security vulnerabilities, identifying and eliminating them inside and outside the network. Our computer forensics and intrusion analysis experts perform a variety of tests that reveal weaknesses in network infrastructures. Once vulnerabilities are identified, we eliminate them through a comprehensive, customized approach that employs detailed security policies, network configuration devices and fully-vetted risk-assessment tools.

SPACE COMMUNITY

NASA - Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Missions - Advancing Space Exploration

ManTech engineers and technicians have assisted NASA in several Hubble Space Telescope servicing missions. Our engineers helped design, fabricate, assemble and integrate flight hardware equipment and systems into Hubble, extending its life and capabilities for space exploration.

Operating World Class Space Flight Hardware Integration and Test Facilities

Through a partnership with Goddard Space Flight Center, we operate and maintain key technologies used in space flight support, including ten thermal vacuum facilities, multiple vibration shakers, and static load test facilities capable of handling lateral load up to 41,000 pounds. We provide integration and test solutions to NASA and other government agencies at Goddard's facilities. Our technicians and engineers also provide space systems support to our customers at their operations.

U.S. Air Force - Supporting Space Operations

We provide security and technology solutions to several U.S. Air Force programs, including the Air Force Space Command and Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center. Our services include information assurance support, IT support, test support and integrated space command and control support.

Supporting Command and Control Systems

We provide a comprehensive array of mission-oriented support services to the Air Force Electronic Systems Center (ESC). Throughout our 35-year relationship with ESC, we've provided acquisition engineering, procurement support, and operations and maintenance support. Our highly skilled engineers and technicians create acquisition systems that are fast, reliable and cost effective.

Logistics Management Systems

We received an award from the Navy for our use of Capability Maturity Model® Integration, a highly regarded industry standard that governs the process of software and systems development. For the last decade, ManTech has been involved in the design and integration of every major logistics management system developed for the Naval aviation community.

NATO

Expanding Communications Infrastructure of NATO Operations in Europe, Afghanistan and Iraq

We have deployed cross-functional teams with expertise in communications information systems (CIS) technology and project management to lead the expanded development and maintenance of NATO's CIS network infrastructure in Afghanistan and IRAQ. Our work extends the existing network's command and control capabilities, allowing for critical intercontinental communication between NATO headquarters in Europe and the area of operations in Afghanistan and IRAQ.

NATIONAL RECONNAISSANCE OFFICE

NRO, DOD, Missile Defense Agency, etc. - C4ISR

ManTech has proven experience in the design, analysis, implementation and support of all aspects of C4ISR systems and technology development. We have specific expertise working with the National Reconnaissance Office, DOD, Missile Defense Agency, the services, joint staff and combatant commands to develop, test and field systems fulfilling today's tactical ISR requirements. Our expertise spans ground, airborne and space systems to include C2 infrastructure, ISR platforms and sensors, and data communications, dissemination and analysis. Specific expertise exists in the rapidly growing field of unmanned systems. ManTech personnel have been the primary managers and/or developers/support leads for Global Hawk, DarkStar, UCAV (USN), UCAV (USAF), UCAR, Canard Rotor Wing, as well as for manned airborne systems such as the U-2 and Guardrail. ManTech has also led support teams in space-based ISR, including Space Based Radar, Baseline NRO imaging systems, Next Imaging System, ground-based Space Surveillance Telescope and other national programs. ManTech personnel are responsible for the design, installation and checkout of the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Prime Consolidated Integration Laboratory and the mission control consoles at the Joint National Integration Center (for GMD Distributed Ground Test and Integrated Flight Test.
