Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS)
When the military needs reliable, real-time information about the battle space, they turn to DCGS, and ManTech provides complete lifecycle support of DCGS for the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Special Operations Forces. DCGS supplies integrated and timely battlefield intelligence to analysts, commanders, and soldiers for greater situational understanding—and less risk. ManTech provides system integration, sustainment, technology insertion, integrated logistics, guidance, field support, and training for this sophisticated C4ISR system.

U.S. Army CECOM, System Sustainment Training
ManTech field service representatives (FSRs) provide
system sustainment training in many different formats
and environments to more than 35 C4ISR systems. Beginning with one-on-one
individual over-the-shoulder training, ManTech FSRs focus on operator training
that enables the Warfighter to be successful in their assigned duty positions.
Using a foundation of fully-trained operators, ManTech FSRs move forward in a
systematic approach to training by incorporating system-of-system training
opportunities at various training centers, while units are conducting field exercises. As systems evolve or as new systems
are fielded, this proven training concept significantly reduces the system
ramp-up time for both the Soldier and the FSR, ultimately increasing the
overall effectiveness of the operator and system to support exercises and
U.S. Army, Base Expeditionary Targeting and Surveillance Systems
Protecting bases from attack requires precise advance information on threats coming from the ground and the air, and ManTech supports the Base Expeditionary Targeting and Surveillance Systems–Combined (BETTS-C) for the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM). BETTS-C is a combination of surveillance systems that significantly improves situational awareness and provides advanced protection for forward operating bases in hostile environments.
BETTS-C consists of four major subsystems: 1) Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment; 2) Cerberus truck-mounted surveillance tower; 3) Force protection suite that integrates radars, cameras, illuminators, long-range thermal imagers, and unattended seismic and acoustic sensors; and 4) Rapid deployment integrated surveillance system designed to improve situational awareness for soldiers at joint security stations and combat outposts.
Biometrics Identification System for Access and Tactical Biometrics Systems
Installations that require stringent access control increasingly rely on biometrics to reduce risk of penetration. ManTech supports the operation and maintenance of critical biometrics systems, deployed worldwide in support of base-access programs and data collection, matching, and storage. Services include system integration in the field, computer-based and hands-on training, and operational activities.
U.S. Army, C3T Support
ManTech is a long-time supporter of the C4ISR community, fulfilling technical requirements in the areas of concept development, requirements analysis, systems design, systems architecture, engineering, integration, assembly, test and evaluation, documentation, and software/hardware engineering support.
We assist Army program managers through their Acquisition Milestones and support the initial fielding requirements to the active Army. We remain embedded with the Army program offices until the programs transition to the Army sustainment centers. ManTech then supports installation, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, training, repair and, in some cases, the operation of complex tactical systems.
National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Space-based ISR
ManTech has led support teams in space-based ISR, including Space Based Radar, Baseline NRO Imaging Systems, Next Imaging System, the ground-based Space Surveillance Telescope, and other national programs. ManTech teams are responsible for the design, installation, and testing of the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Prime Consolidated Integration Laboratory and the mission-control consoles at the Joint National Integration Center for GMD Distributed Ground Test and Integrated Flight Test.
