Operational Readiness

ManTech makes sure that complex, specialized systems and equipment are ready when needed, including those in isolated and remote locations worldwide. Our high rate of operational readiness ensures that life-sustaining counter-IED vehicles and systems keep our troops safe. We developed our own database tools that allow us to report immediately the readiness or maintenance status of all equipment under our care at any time.

Streamlined Supply Chain

ManTech developed agile tools and processes to streamline supply-chain management for our critical programs. We use our proprietary LogMASTRE® system on large projects around the world to successfully track all maintenance and supply requirements, and we customize LogMASTRE to meet the logistics needs of any project or customer. LogMASTRE provides role-based access to operational, maintenance, and logistics actions, and its dashboards offer a quick and descriptive view of system status by functional area, 24/7/365.

Our procurement system, networked to regional support centers (RSCs) worldwide, features real-time access and responses as well as integrated global consolidation of purchasing services—from maintaining an active vendor list to managing shipments to analyzing procurement performance. This global system also provides logistic management with real-time data to dynamically redirect resources to meet the most demanding requirements.

Global Property Management

We provide property and readiness management support to our military, accounting for and storing property, performing unit-level maintenance, supporting temporary loans and lateral transfers, and providing U.S. Army information systems management and reporting. We also manage pre-deployment training equipment (PDTE) and operate supply support activity (SSA) warehouses.

Maintenance and Sustainment

Our maintenance and sustainment services support a variety of C4ISR and countermine equipment. We perform fault diagnosis, screening, repair, overhaul, refurbishment, and system installation as well as calibration and alignment. ManTech’s maintenance support includes electronics and mechanical support such as generator and electronic control unit (ECU) repair and overhaul. We also install C4ISR and electronic equipment/systems and provide a 24x7 help desk for technical support.

For mine resistant ambush protected (MRAP) and route-clearance vehicles (RCVs), our personnel provide battle-damage assessment and repair, field maintenance, repair at forward operating bases (FOBs), logistics analysis, and provisioning services. ManTech maintains, modifies, and upgrades equipment at a sustainment level. Maintenance services include scheduled preventive vehicle repair, battle-damage repair, vehicle hull-armor repair, and ballistic welding.

Field and Classroom Training

ManTech technicians provide equipment training—including operator-and unit-level maintenance training on many of our sustainment programs—when and where needed. ManTech currently has approved training programs for the RCV program.
