What drew you to ManTech?
ManTech's culture surrounding its people. ManTech truly cares about its employees and that makes it easier to come in to work every day.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about helping people achieve their own greatness. If I can use my position to help others achieve, than I have succeeded.
What do you like most about ManTech?
I like that I have a voice to implement change. Shortly after starting, I was able to get involved in ManTech’s DEI initiatives, which is an extremely important area for me.
What is or has been the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I once had a job as a technical trainer where I traveled the world and assisted with system installations at embassies and consulates worldwide. It took me to many countries across Africa, Europe and Asia that I would not have experienced on my own. It also sparked my interest in personal travel overseas.
What advice do you have for prospective ManTech candidates?
Own your career path and speak up. What you have to say matters at ManTech.
What’s your favorite place in the world?
I love any place that has water. I love being near lakes and oceans and enjoying the relaxing sound waves.
Who is your superhero and why?
My mom is my superhero. As a single mom of 3, she worked her way up from a file clerk to a Senior Vice President at her company over the span of 40 years. She is an amazing example of persistence, hard work and resilience.
What is the coolest thing about what you’re working on now?
The coolest thing about my job now is my team. I work with some really great people who work hard and like to have fun. It’s the best of both worlds.
