Suppliers are required to comply with MANTECH’s Supplier Code of Conduct or an equivalent, emphasizing ethical practices, legal compliance, supply chain security, product quality, and transparency. By continuously monitoring emerging risks and updating procedures, we ensure our suppliers operate with honesty and a shared commitment to high ethical standards, safeguarding the trust and quality integral to our business operations.

Whistleblower Programs
MANTECH requires all employees to complete annual ethics and compliance training to understand and adhere to our Standards of Ethics and Business Conduct. Employees must promptly report any suspected violations, which are thoroughly reviewed, and corrective actions, including termination, are taken if necessary. Concerns, including discrimination or harassment, can be reported to management, HR, or the MANTECH Helpline, with protections against retaliation for good faith reports.
Whistleblower complaints, covering financial or nonfinancial concerns, are tracked to resolution and can be submitted by employees or third parties via the Ethics Hotline, email, or phone. MANTECH ensures all actions are transparent and emphasizes its commitment to ethical practices and accountability.
