Laura Meitz joined MANTECH in 2022, as a capture manager supporting the Defense Sector leading pursuits across all DoD clients.

She has since served as the Manager of the Defense Sector Capture Team and now oversees a team of Capture Executives at the Enterprise level who support MANTECH’s Federal Civilian, Intelligence and Defense sectors in pursuit of complex and strategic growth targets, which includes key Defense Health and Human Performance initiatives.

She brings almost 20 years of expertise and strategic leadership to the table having worked across all three sectors in program, operations, management and growth roles.

Ms. Meitz earned a Bachelor’s of Art in History and Political Science from Southwestern University and Master’s in Public Policy from George Mason University
