Carolyn Melvin joined MANTECH in 2009 and has since overseen several pivotal DHA and VA Health IT programs.

Currently, she manages the TMIP-J Sustainment and Sunsetting IDIQ contract for MANTECH, ensuring the seamless transition and decommissioning of critical Theater medical systems.

Before joining MANTECH, Ms. Melvin worked at Northrop Grumman, where she played a key role in the development and enhancement of AHLTA, including the successful rollout of the Local Cache capability.

Ms. Melvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University and a Master of Science in Software Engineering Management from Central Michigan University.
