Cheryl Scheidt is the Executive Relationship Director for Veterans Affairs at MANTECH

 

Armed with 30+ years professional experience, including 15 in Federal Healthcare, Ms. Scheidt is responsible for MANTECH’s relationship with the Veterans Affairs. She serves as the “voice of the client,” essentially the internal advocate for the VA, ensuring their perspective is central to MANTECH’s strategy and delivery. She pioneers strategies and fosters collaborative partnerships to solve our clients’ toughest challenges.

Her commitment to improving patient care extends to her role on the INOVA Health Systems Patient Family Advisory Council where she advises on innovative solutions and programs to improve the patient and provider experience.

In 2025, Ms. Scheidt was competitively selected to participate in the VHA Hackathon and has been a key participant in the VA Strategic Partner Roundtable and Lake Nona Impact Forum.

Prior to joining MANTECH in 2024, Ms. Scheidt led Federal Health strategy and growth for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and spearheaded BCG’s involvement with CancerX.

In her 23 years at Deloitte, she held multiple leadership roles spanning defense, public sector healthcare, state and local, and commercial organizations. In her last role, she was responsible for the firm’s relationship with the VA. She led growth, innovation, and client delivery across diverse functions, including strategy, AI, well-being, and financial management.

A dedicated advocate for military and veteran communities, she volunteers with Folds of Honor, National Veterans Summer Sports Clinic, Honor Flights, Elizabeth Dole Foundation, Hiring our Heroes, and Wounded Warrior Program as well as the NIH Children’s Inn and Junior League.

Ms. Scheidt holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Bradley University and completed the Strategic Leadership program at Yale University, School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
