DARPA STO SETA Support

The scope of this contract is to support DARPA and STO through contract management and administration, technical, programmatic, financial and administrative program support tasks. These tasks span the entire program lifecycle incorporating, for example: 1) concept development, including program planning, briefing development and acquisition planning; 2) program execution, including technical progress monitoring, solicitation support and financial execution and tracking; and 3) technology transition. The contractor shall provide the necessary SETA and administrative and technical services, materials, facilities, and travel to perform tasks.

DARPA STO is a 5 year, $200 Million IDIQ contract with a scope that includes a broad range of contractor-provided support services related to but are not limited to:

1. Communications, Electronic Warfare & Networks, dynamic exploitation of operational domains, network-centric warfare;
2. Energy and Self Sufficient Operations, energy self-sufficiency, deployable power and energy from small units to the forward edge of the battlefield;
3. Finding Difficult Targets, global coverage, resolution to identify all relevant threats - nowhere to hide;
4. Recapturing Surprise, reclaiming our advantage through advances in technology and systems.
