Jeffrey Brody

Jeff Brody serves as ManTech’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the company’s human resources strategies supporting its annual business objectives and its long-range strategic plan. 

As the chief architect for human resources governance and functional excellence, he has a passion for cultivating, harnessing and measuring the impact intellectual capital has on business. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations improve operating results through enhanced talent acquisition practices, leadership succession and development, organization learning strategies, workforce communication strategies and culture building initiatives.  

Mr. Brody spent 18 years with Northrop Grumman. His experience also includes work with CGI Group, Alliant Techsystems, Baxter International and the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was a visiting executive lecturer for 11 years at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland’s online university.  

He holds a Juris Doctor from Concord Law School, a Master of Arts in organizational development from the University of Maryland-University College and a Bachelor of Science in industrial relations from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
