What skills were developed, and experiences gained in your time away from ManTech?
The biggest thing I learned during my time away is that it is absolutely possible to work in corporate America without the "stuffy" feeling that typically comes with it. ManTech provides a healthy work environment and culture that offers the flexibility to work in a way that works best for me individually. It is a large company with a small company feel.
What does ManTech offer that other employers don’t?
ManTech offers a team environment that I think is lacking at other companies. You don't have to mold yourself to fit into a specific box. It is a company that is flexible and willing to work with you to meet their goals as well as yours. You will work hard here but it will be rewarding at the end of the day.
