Kelly Miller serves as the Vice President & Division Manager for the Air Force – Army Division at MANTECH.

In this role, she oversees Delivery and Growth for various DOW Accounts, including the Air Force, Army, DISA, DECA, TRANSCOM, STRATCOM, DCSA and DLA. Her Division encompasses a wide range of programs specializing in a variety of mission critical core technologies, such as Data and AI, Digital Modernization and Intelligent Engeineering and Operational Support with a global footprint across the mission space.

Before her current position, Mrs. Miller was the Vice President of Program Operations for the Defense Sector, ensuring delivery excellence and driving outcome-based results across over 500 programs.

Since 1999, Kelly has steadily advanced in the Program Management and Technology fields, managing programs and projects of varying size, scope, and complexity in both the private sector and across the DoD which led her to her Executive Leadership role. Her experience includes roles as a Program Director for large enterprise IT programs for both the DOD and Intel community and Senior Program Manager positions and various management positions in Service Desk, Enterprise Monitoring, and Software Development, following the Agile/Scrum Methodology.

With over 25 years of professional experience, including more than 20 plus years in government contracting, Mrs. Miller has built a career leveraging strong technology partnerships with a customer and mission-first approach. She is an inspiring leader who drives results, technology infusion and collaboration and partnership within the accounts she oversees. Kelly is passionate about mentoring and believes in giving back to junior employees. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter and has served as the President of the Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group, focusing on creating a forum for women in technology to discuss unique challenges and opportunities in the industry. She is also dedicated to providing challenging and meaningful opportunities for the more seasoned professionals in her teams.

Mrs. Miller holds PMP, ITIL, and Help Desk Institute Director Level certifications, bringing a blend of business acumen and customer service expertise to her role, complementing her drive for technology and innovation.
