Kevin Cook joined the MANTECH Board of Directors in June 2026.

Mr. Cook has more than 40 years of corporate financial and operational management experience.

He served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Alion Science & Technology, a privately held government contractor that grew revenues by more than 50% during his tenure. Prior to Alion, Mr. Cook served as CFO at Booz Allen Hamilton, completing more than 20 years of service as a financial manager and executive.

Mr. Cook was a co-owner and Senior Vice President of JAMIS Software, a financial software company supporting government services contractors.

He also serves as a director on the board of Westat. Mr. Cook is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a MBA from the University of Baltimore and a B.S. in Accounting from Towson University.
