Scott Keenan is MANTECH’s Vice President of Growth for the Defense & Space Sector (DSS).

As Vice President of Growth, Scott Keenan leads MANTECH’s business development, capture, and proposal operations teams. In this role, he develops and drives go-to-market strategies and account-based growth plans within MANTECH’s Account Based Sales and Delivery (ABSD) model to support defense and space clients.

Keenan brings over 25 years of leadership and P&L experience across the defense, intelligence, and IT markets. Most recently, he directed growth operations at Verizon for a $4.5 billion organization, following 16 years supporting DoD and DHS accounts at GDIT. His commitment to the mission is rooted in early service as an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps and as a civil servant with NCIS and the National Naval Medical Center, where he earned the Navy Meritorious Civilian Service Medal.
