Victor DiLoreto serves as Senior Executive Director of Data and AI Products at MANTECH, where he leads the strategy, development, and scaling of data and AI-enabled products that support mission-critical government and commercial programs. His work focuses on transforming advanced analytics and data science capabilities into secure, deployable, and operationally ready software solutions.

Victor brings deep expertise in software engineering, systems architecture, and product development. He previously led software engineering and productization efforts at Elder Research in his role as Chief Technology Officer, where he supported data science delivery through robust data preparation, visualization, and platform capabilities, and helped transition key intellectual property into standalone products.

Before joining MANTECH, Victor held senior technology leadership roles across the telecommunications industry. He served as Senior Director of Technology at MegaPath, leading architecture, design, and operations for advanced communications solutions. Earlier, he was Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at telecommunications startup sentitO Networks, where he led hardware and software development and supported the company’s successful $60M venture financing. His earlier career includes engineering and management roles at BNR/Northern Telecom and Pulsecom, including leading the technical aspects of Pulsecom’s broadband division sale to ECI Telecom.
