Wil Langenstein joined the MANTECH Board of Directors in April 2026.
He is a Principal at Carlyle focused on buyouts, privatizations and strategic partnership investment opportunities in the aerospace, defense and government sectors.

Since joining Carlyle in 2015, Mr. Langenstein has been actively involved in the firm’s investments in MANTECH, Armada, Novetta, Quantum Leap, Sequa, StandardAero and Two Six Technologies.

Prior to joining Carlyle, he worked at Morgan Stanley in its Investment Banking Division, providing financial and advisory services in the power and utilities sectors.

Mr. Langenstein received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.S. in Commerce with distinction from the University of Virginia.
