Brandy Durham is MANTECH’s Chief Technology Officer.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Brandy leads MANTECH’s Technology and Capabilities Organization (TCO), which drives the development and deployment of MANTECH’s cutting-edge technologies spanning Cybersecurity, Data and AI, Digital and other emerging technology capabilities.

Brandy joined MANTECH in 2023 to build and lead the company’s Data and AI strategy. Now leading the TCO, she applies that deep technical expertise across a broader suite of advanced capabilities and technologies, empowering organizations to maximize the value of their tech investments and accelerate mission outcomes.

Brandy and the TCO team empower clients to realize the benefits of emerging technologies wherever they are on their adoption journey.

Prior to joining MANTECH, Brandy was the AI Senior Practice Leader for Amazon Professional Services supporting the national security community. She led both Independent Research and Development (IRAD) and client projects focused on traditional Data Science, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Graph, Quantum Computing and more.

Previously, she spent 10 years at IBM leading Data, AI, analytics, sales and delivery engagements for U.S. Federal clients and Public Sector clients worldwide. Brandy is a graduate of St. Mary’s University and Texas A&M University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an AWS Cloud Practitioner.
