At MANTECH, we are honored to support those who have served our nation by participating in the SkillBridge program. SkillBridge provides active-duty service members the opportunity to gain invaluable civilian work experience during their last 180 days of military service, bridging the gap between military and civilian careers.

This program provides on the job training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities in the Intel, Defense and Federal Civilian sectors, building the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the civilian workforce. We recognize the leadership, discipline, and technical expertise that service members bring and welcome them to MANTECH where we are a proud military and veteran workforce.

What is SkillBridge?

The SkillBridge program provides active-duty military service members with valuable civilian work experience during their last 180 days of service. It can be remote, hybrid or in person including on the job training, self paced learning and mentorship.

Who is eligible?

You may be eligible to participate in SkillBridge if you:

1. Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.
2. Obtain written approval from your unit commander.
3. Agree that participation in SkillBridge may be terminated at any time by the service if mission requirements dictate.
