Matt Tait
President and Chief Executive Officer, ManTech
Mr. Tait joined the ManTech Board of Directors in September 2022.
Mr. Tait is Chief Executive Officer and President of ManTech. He joined ManTech in 2018 and served as Chief Operating Officer. In this role he was responsible for leading the company’s global business strategies that enable ManTech to deliver, at speed, differentiating solutions to meet the sophisticated needs of the company’s diverse customer base. Under Tait’s leadership, ManTech expanded and repositioned the company’s Intelligence, Federal Civilian and Department of Defense businesses to align with the company’s strategy of Bringing Digital to the Mission®.
Prior to joining ManTech, Mr. Tait spent two decades at Accenture, where he led key initiatives that transformed IT performance across Federal Civilian, Intelligence and Defense sectors.
He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Operation Renewed Hope Foundation, a group dedicated to ending veteran homelessness, and supports the Boulder Crest Retreat Foundation, which provides mental health care for troops, veterans and their families dealing with PTSD and combat-related stress.
Mr. Tait received a Bachelor of Science in political science and government from the U.S. Naval Academy and served 10 years in the U.S. Navy.
