Michael Ruppert

Michael Ruppert is ManTech’s Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a dedicated and strategic leader who brings 20+ years of financial, treasury and corporate development experience in both private and public companies.

Mr. Ruppert leads the company’s financial, treasury and corporate development functions including financial planning and analysis, accounting functions, treasury, cash management and acquisition strategy.

Prior to joining ManTech, he served as EVP, CFO and Treasurer for aerospace defense contractor Mercury Systems Inc.  Previously, Mr. Ruppert co-founded a M&A advisory firm focused on aerospace and defense and before that specialized in aerospace and defense M&A for UBS Securities, Lehman Brothers and Lazard Freres.

Mr. Ruppert holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia.
