Stephanie Flory is ManTech’s Executive Director of Learning and Development and serves as the Chief Learning Officer. Her focus is on instilling and cultivating a culture of career enablement by offering unique academic and training programs directly linked to strategic goals. She has worked for ManTech for over 8 years and is an example of career enablement, having started in recruiting, then taking a leadership position on the career mobility program, and finally, Director of Learning & Career Enablement before moving into the CLO role.
Prior to ManTech, she spent two and a half years as Regional Training Coordinator for USAID in Bangkok, Thailand, and five years with Live Nation managing ticketing operations.
She holds a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and an MBA from Purdue University Global.
