Mr. Steven Huang earned his Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics at University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1997, and his Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics at Brown University in 1993.  At ManTech Mr. Huang has been employed as an electrical and systems engineer in the development of advanced capabilities for synthetic aperture radar.  Over the last 20 years, Mr. Steven Huang has established himself as a recognized expert in space technology, radar hardware, and resiliency.  Through the design, development, delivery, and demonstration of advanced payloads, ground algorithms, and concepts of operation, his actions have resulted in commendations and recognition from senior leadership at the National Reconnaissance Office and its mission partners.  His contributions aid in the definition and instantiation of next generation solutions for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance platforms to “operate-thru” and overcome future adversarial capabilities. 

In October 2021, Mr. Steven Huang joined the Intelligent Systems Engineering (ISE) Technical Focus Area within ManTech’s Innovation and Capabilities Office (ICO).  He currently leads the Space Range IRAD team, which is developing a novel cyber-physical virtual twin environment to support cyber resiliency in C5 architectures for space, air, and ground systems.  Mr. Huang has been focused on methods to improve concepts of operations and visualizations so that customers can develop novel metrics and insights necessary to achieve tomorrow’s missions.  Advanced analytics, cloud computing, and forensic investigations performed in cyber-secure enclaves will enable ManTech and its customers to stay ahead of the adversary.
