Brian Keith serves as Chief Digital Officer and Vice President at MANTECH, where he leads the Digital Practice and its strategy to transform cloud, software engineering and enterprise technologies into mission advantage for defense, intelligence and civilian customers.
Brian brings more than 25 years of experience building and leading technology organizations at the intersection of national security, business growth and mission execution. Before joining MANTECH, he served as General Manager of National Security Specialist Sales at Microsoft, leading a $500 million-plus business spanning cloud, data and artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, modern work and enterprise applications. Under his leadership, the organization achieved 34 percent year-over-year growth while advancing critical technology capabilities across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and defense industrial base.
Previously, Brian held senior leadership positions at IBM, where he helped pioneer the application of artificial intelligence in government. He led IBM’s first major Watson implementation outside IBM Research and managed complex technology programs and businesses serving public-sector customers in the United States and globally. He is also the co-inventor of three U.S. patents involving artificial intelligence, data analytics and predictive insights.
Brian began his career as a U.S. Navy Naval Flight Officer, serving in command-and-control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Information Systems from Old Dominion University.
