Integrated Intelligence and Cyber Operations Network (ICON)
ICON represents a paradigm shift in government contracting by prioritizing unity of effort across Mission Partners (Agencies), convergence among commercial solution providers, and speed of capability delivery through a singular, streamlined, all-encompassing contract vehicle with prepositioned expertise.
ICON facilitates rapid delivery of full-spectrum intelligence and cyber solutions including emerging cyber capabilities, defensive cyber operations, mission systems, and offensive cyber tools and provides support to Mission Partners within the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and operational components of Department of Homeland Security and FBI anywhere in the world.
Specifically, ICON provides a singular, Technical Direction Letter based $1.2B competitively awarded contract vehicle to cyber operators, intelligence professionals, program managers, and acquisition specialists, enabling quick execution to address critical cyber mission gaps.
ICON serves as an “easy button” for full-spectrum cyberspace operations and all-source intelligence contract support. ICON covers a wide range of cyber solutions and related services, including requirements development, planning, engineering, operations and maintenance, policy development, training and exercises, and technical support. Additionally, ICON provides technical support to innovation initiatives, interagency partnerships, studies, research and development, prototyping, experimentation, testing and evaluation, and development and technology transfer for emerging cyber threats and capabilities.

Section 508
As the premier provider of IT and EIT services to the Federal Government, MANTECH is committed to assisting federal agencies and their clients to properly interpret and implement the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ("Section 508"). To that end, MANTECH is ready to provide our customers with advisory assistance at any time during the EIT procurement life cycle – from performing Section 508 requirements analyses or market surveys to providing compliant goods or services needed by our customers to meet their mission requirements. Additionally, when providing goods and services covered by Section 508, MANTECH informs its customers about Section 508 compliance so that they may make informed procurement decisions and satisfy the requirements of the Act. Section 508 compliance information may include completed compliance matrices in the form set forth at http://www.section508.gov or other information made available by our third party EIT product suppliers and manufacturers.
