Bill Mead serves as Vice President of Program Operations for MANTECH’s Intelligence Sector. In this role, he works to optimize program execution and ensure program alignment with mission objectives. He helps drive operational excellence in all of MANTECH’s Intelligence
programs.

Previously, Mr. Mead spent more than 20 years at IBM, where he served in a variety of roles, culminating in that of Federal Delivery and Quality Lead. In that role, he led the planning, execution, staffing and customer satisfaction delivery of a complex $600 million portfolio of systems integration, operations and maintenance contracts for DHS, Treasury, HHS, DOJ, USAID and the Department of State.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Williams College.
