Luke Enns is a seasoned technical leader with 16 years of experience in enterprise IT, specializing in enterprise services, critical infrastructure modernization and optimization as a Technical Director. Joining MANTECH in 2019, Luke has been delivering strategic visions for clients like Department of State, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Air Force, NAVSEA, NAVAIR and the USMC with resilient services. He is a key contributor to MANTECH’s success in niche innovation and large-scale enterprise solutions focused on edge, cloud migration and AI/ML modernization.

Prior to MANTECH, Luke served the Department of State as a Consultant in the Information and Resource Management (IRM) Bureau Office of the Chief Architect (OCA), overseeing multiple Bureau efforts with Agency partners like ECA, CGFS, IRM, CA and DS delivering key software initiatives for CONUS and OCONUS missions, including data modernization, cybersecurity, cloud migration, DevOps and platform modernization.
