Cybersecurity Registered Apprenticeship Program

ManTech is committed to advancing employees’ competencies, fund college-level instruction, and create a trained workforce of cybersecurity professionals.  One way we do this is through Purdue University Global’s Cybersecurity Registered Apprenticeship program. Through our existing partnership with Purdue Global, we have developed several education initiatives to grow employees’ capabilities and careers. Participation in this apprenticeship program provides an additional avenue to develop a pipeline of new employees within the cybersecurity space to serve our nation’s security needs.  Purdue Global’s apprenticeship program is registered with and approved by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) as a cybersecurity support technician program — a national standard. By onboarding apprentices into this program, ManTech is leading the industry in providing innovative solutions to meet critical cybersecurity needs.

Hiring Process

  • We will consider employee apprentices who can satisfy contract requirements for available national security positions.  Our apprenticeships are linked to specific jobs, each with specific requirements, in order to provide the best, most comprehensive experience to our apprentices
  • We will, upon hire, fund apprentices’ education through ManTech’s existing agreement with Purdue Global.
While we have an active apprenticeship program, we are not currently hiring new apprentices.  We are redesigning and expanding the program and are aiming to have positions available in Spring/Summer 2021.  Once available, positions will be posted to this site so check back often!
