I was thrilled to be offered a leadership role in shaping its Data and AI practice and to have the opportunity to work with such a talented group of Data and AI professionals. My role at MANTECH is the perfect opportunity to leverage my experience in Data and AI, systems implementation, and Program Management to contribute to critical mission work.

I would like everyone to understand the enormous potential of Data and AI, the importance of governance and regulatory compliance, and the need for robust implementation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

I would emphasis that data is the backbone of AI. The performance and accuracy of AI systems are directly influenced by the quality and quantity of data. Additionally, I would reinforce that AI is meant to enhance human capabilities, not replace them. AI excels at large-scale data analysis, while humans provide essential context, creativity, and ethical judgment.

I utilize strong time management skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a disciplined approach to both my professional and personal commitments. I also have an amazing and supportive husband and family.
