Mike Uster

Mike Uster is the chief information officer (CIO) and a senior vice president at ManTech, a position he has held since August 2015. 

As CIO, Mr. Uster directs the company’s enterprise information services organization division, where ManTech is a leader in providing customized solutions that innovate, modernize and transform IT. His work results in dramatic gains in systems performance for customers, improving user experience, satisfaction and productivity. 

Mr. Uster joined ManTech in 2005 as a vice president and quickly advanced to senior vice president in roles where he led the design of business management system solutions, contract and supply chain management, RFP analysis, finance, program controls and contract negotiations.

Mr. Uster has also worked for Northrop Grumman, Lockheed’s “Skunk Works,” the RAND Corporation, TRW, Metric Systems and Object Sciences Corporation.  

Mr. Uster holds a Bachelor of Arts in modern European history from Biola University.

In his 35 years as a government contractor, Mr. Uster has worked on assignments throughout the United States and in Egypt, Oman and Turkey.
